conducting telemarketing and warranty renewal calls for
various medium sized clients on the East Coast. With
growing a client list and the genuine desire to fulfill
corporate social responsibility goals, the company started
looking into the establishment of Business Process
Outsourcing (BPO) operations in Nairobi, Kenya.
Stelamatrix proceeded to hire, coach and train young local
managers to extend a vast experience and vision of back
office operations in Africa.
